Benifits of having a cup of coffee

Coffee is healthy actually but drinking too much of coffee (4-6) cup of coffee may be harmful, so drink coffee daily but in limit from my side not more than 3 cup in the whole day.

As the coffee is loaded with antioxidants and with the benificial nutrients that improve your health condition.

  • if you drinks one cup of coffee then that cup contains 
  1. Riboflavin (Vitamin B2): 11% of the RDA.
  2. Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5): 6% of the RDA.
  3. Manganese and Potassium: 3% of the RDA.
  4. Magnesium and Niacin (B3): 2% of the RDA.

  • it will help you to fight from the problems which cause the depression 
  • Liver and colorectal cancer are the 3rd and 4th leading causes of cancer death worldwide. Coffee drinkers have a lower risk of both.
  • Coffee may cause mild increases in blood pressure, which usually diminish over time.
